Where are you originally from?
Dayton, Ohio.

What made you decide to go into accounting?
I like math, and, oddly enough, I like orderliness. Accounting is pretty orderly and methodical.

If you had a personal flag, what would be on it?
It would be purple with a picture of a giraffe.

If you could have a video of one event in history, what would it be?
Jesus talking to Mary once he was resurrected.

What is one thing you regret not doing or beginning when you were younger?
Going on to get a four-year degree.

If you could have a never-ending candle that smelled like anything, which smell would you pick?
It is hard to pick, but I think I’d choose vanilla.

If your life was a book, what would the title be?
Look, Look See Jane Run!

What bends your mind every time you think about it?
God’s love for me. It is so encompassing, and it is always there.

What is an irrational fear you have?
Spiders. I hate spiders.

What has been the most memorable gift you have received? 
My sons got me a mug for Mother’s Day. It was one of those chalkboard ones you could write a message on and then fire it to keep the message. They all wrote Bible verses on it.

If you were put in solitary confinement for six months, what would you do to stay sane?
I would pray and read my Bible.

If you could make one rule that everyone had to follow, what would the rule be?
Love each other.

What would you change your name to if you were made to do so?
Iris, because they are beautiful, and I love flowers.

What are a couple of risks that are worth taking?
I’d say marriage and getting out to explore nature.

What are some things you are looking forward to in the coming months?
Going on vacation and seeing my boys. It is all a package deal.

Promoting understanding among everyone.

In nature.

How to get people to live in peace.

What is something you thought you would grow out of but have not?
I still love The Jungle Book and other kid movies like the Wizard of Oz and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
