In The Dark is an amazing top of the line Netflix show, showing real-life situations and how extreme events can get out of hand. I recommend this show because of how it very closely relates to today’s modern society. There is so much action and mystery that will keep you watching for hours.

In The Dark is a TV series that is about a blind woman named Murphy Mason (Perry Mattfield) and her two best friends Jess (Brooke Markham) and Felix (Morgan Krantz) try to solve a friend’s murder. They are the top main characters in the series along with other supporting characters. Created by Corinne Kingsbury, this series is filmed in multiple cities in Canada. The first season of In The Dark was released in 2019 and the second season was just released in 2020.

This series receives my approval because in some cases this can be somewhat real life on any level. It shows all sides of injustice and just how far people who care about you are willing to go even if that means they will get into more trouble and possibly hurt. Besides action, there is mystery and some romance that has all heads spinning in curiosity.

Watching this show will hold your attention for hours on end and will never be perceived as boring or predictable. There’s so much character development and surprise, and sometimes it’s even a combination of both. I rate this series, In The Dark, 5 out of 5 stars.
