Jungle Cruise brings excitement

              Jungle Cruise is an amazing movie for the family on a weeknight to sit back and relax and have some popcorn. Jungle cruise is a new movie in 2021 that is streaming on Disney +. The movie is based a couple of years into the Great War (World War 1).

An ancient tree has the power to heal anything that it touches and so many people are going after it. In the 1700s, a group of men traveled from Spain to Brazil to find this tree and heal the leader’s daughter that is terribly ill. They found the tribe that held the key to the tree and the tribe helped save their lives with the flower from the tree.

Once they got healed, they demanded they give them the key. The tribe said no, and those men slaughtered every person in the tribe and the leader of the tribe in hi last breaths cursed those men and they never made it to the tree.

A couple of hundreds of years has passed, and the tree has still yet to be found. Until Lily Houghton (Emily Blunt) and her brother McGregor Houghton (Jack Whitehall) stole the key and set sail to Brazil to find the tree. When they get to Brazil, they met a man named Frank (Dwayne Johnson) and hired him to travel the river in search for the ancient tree.

In their journey they found out they were not the only ones looking for the tree. As they kept hitting some rough patches from Prince Joachim (Jesse Plemons) the leader of a German submarine, as he was searching for it so Germany could win the Great War.

As they get to the tree, they come up on a huge surprise that leads to huge anticipation. Who gets to the tree first and what is the surprise? Watch Jungle Cruise, now streaming on Disney plus.
