VIDEO: Press Start Game Night showcases opportunities

On January 31 from 4:30-8:30, The Press Start game night was held in the Wright Conference Center. 

The free event was open to all students of all experience levels and was an opportunity to learn about the esports program and Project Now.

Games at the event included Among Us, Super Smash Bros, Jackbox Games, Mario Kart, and Fall Guys.

Kaitlin Barnett, a Project Now advisor, discussed the idea behind the game night as well as certain resources and activities project now provides. 

Jackson Lewis-Hite, eSports manager, discussed the history of eSports at Crowder as well as the current intramural and competitive gaming programs that Crowder provides

Keaton Hembree, an Information Technology major and a member of both Project Now and eSports, discussed what it’s like to be apart of both programs
