Sally Nichols, Business Instructor, has served 30 years.

“One of my fondest memories working at Crowder was beginning my teaching at Crowder College with Dr. Vietti, the Dean of Academic Affairs.  She was a supportive mentor who believed in me and told me  “I had the gift of teaching”.  I have enjoyed being a Business Instructor for many students in person and online ever since I began teaching at Crowder.  I have had the privilege of working with wonderful colleagues.”

“After over 30 years of teaching at Crowder College in the Business Division, in retirement I  plan to spend more time with my family, grandchildren, and friends.  My husband and I will also be spending more time helping our church family.”

“A random fun fact about myself is that I began my education in a one-room school house in Nebraska.”

Jim Williams, CTE Instructor, has served 27 years.

He has finished his masters degree and was able to help many students though many hard times.

His retirement plans include buying a property with a venue to host weddings and other events.

Andrew Wilson, Advanced Manufacturing Technology Instructor, has served 10 years.

“My fondest memories of working at Crowder has got to be the people who I have been privileged to call colleagues.  I have truly seen “Servant Leadership” played out in real time.  I continue to be amazed by the level of dedication to the success of Crowder students that is demonstrated semester after semester by everyone in the Crowder family.”

“I plan to fully utilize my shop and hunt elk hunt until I can’t take it anymore (that will be a long time).”

“Fun Fact:  I began my college career by accepting an offer to play basketball for a small  school in Southwest Missouri called Crowder College.”
